ABOUT: Aloha Ke Akua Clothing Co. is a local clothing company, owned and operated by family members on Maui. Every design/product is created purposefully with a unique mix of Hawaiian language, local culture, & biblical principles.

ALOHA KE AKUA: Aloha Ke Akua is most commonly translated to "God is love". It is a biblical principle that we find in 1 John 4. A description of Godʻs character of love and carries a commandment from God to also love one another.

“E nā punahele, e aloha kākou i kekahi i kekahi: no ka mea, no ke Akua mai ke aloha; ʻo ka mea e aloha aku ana ua hoʻohānau ʻia mai ia e ke Akua, a ua ʻike nō ʻo ia i ke Akua. O ka mea e aloha ole ana, aole ia i ike aku i ke Akua, no ka mea, he aloha ke Akua.” 1 Ioane 4:7-8

"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love." - 1 John 4:7-8
