What is Aloha? According to Joseph Nāwahī.

Joseph Kahoʻoluhi Nāwahīokalaniʻōpuʻu was one of the most prolific Hawaiian patriots. He was a self-taught lawyer, Kingdom of Hawai‘i House Representative (Puna & Hilo), Minister of Foreign Affairs for Queen Lili‘uokalani, and founding member & president of Hui Hawai‘i Aloha ‘Āina. Even this accomplished list of positions held doesn’t say enough about the impact of Nāwahī. Some have called him the George Washington of the Hawaiian Kingdom. He founded one of the largest kānaka ‘ōiwi political organization in history boasting 8,000 members. The inspiration for one of our best selling tees, the M12:30, comes from Mark 12:30. "And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment."
